A Learner’s Heart: No formal education necessary here! Your passion for metal and a thirst for knowledge are all we ask.
TESDA’s Tested and True: Completion of a relevant TESDA training program with a certificate proves your mettle (or completed a 3-year trainee contract).
The Master Welder: Certifications at Level 1 or higher in welding fields are a major plus, showing your mastery of the craft.
For the Ambitious: Non-TESDA applicants can showcase their skills by passing the Prometric test in Welding for shipbuilding. Don’t let a lack of formal training hold you back – your talent can shine through!
The JFT NA Certificate: For those outside TESDA, possessing this certificate proves your welding prowess on a global stage.
