Training:

Upon arrival, you will receive a comprehensive 1-year training program to enhance your welding skills and familiarize you with Japanese workplace practices.

Responsibilities:

• Joining metals or thermoplastics using various welding techniques, including:
  • Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW/Stick)
  • Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW/TIG)
  • Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW/MIG)
  • Flux Cored Arc Welding (FCAW)
• Fabricating and sculpting metal components for industrial machinery and heavy equipment.
• Adhering to strict safety standards and quality control procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of welding experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field (preferred).
• Basic Japanese language skills (JLPT N4 or JFT equivalent).
• Ability to pass the Examination Evaluating Specified Technical Skills for Manufacturing Sectors.
