Job Overview
We are currently hiring a team of Warehouse Pick Packers to work at our distribution facility located in the new Wilmac Industrial Park in Corio, Victoria. We have both full-time and casual positions available, with shifts offered during both the day and afternoon.
Required Skills and Experience
Ideal candidates should have prior warehouse and pick-and-pack experience. They will be expected to accurately pick and pack orders while being able to use RF scanning units.
Although not essential, having an LO Order Picker Licence or an LF Forklift Licence is considered an advantage. Applicants should demonstrate a keen eye for detail and the ability to work towards key performance indicators (KPIs).
The role requires operating in a fast-paced environment, possessing strong organizational skills, and managing multiple tasks effectively. Physical fitness is important, as is the capacity to work in line with business Occupational Health and Safety guidelines. The role also demands the ability to work independently, handle general cleaning and housekeeping duties, and follow all warehouse operational processes and procedures.
Tasks and Responsibilities for Warehouse Picker Packer 2025

Picking and packing daily orders

Meeting daily pick rates in a timely, safe, and structured manner

Adhering to warehouse order-picking procedures

Communicating order errors to the relevant personnel

Operating equipment such as forklifts (LF or LO), pallet jacks, and pallet wrapping machines

Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work environment

Performing additional duties as assigned

Receiving and replenishing stock

Assembling customer orders and stacking pallets correctly

Ensuring cleanliness, tidiness, and safety at the workplace

Displaying reliability, punctuality, teamwork, and a positive attitude
About You
You should have the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and offer assistance where needed. Effective time management, punctuality, and reliability are essential traits.
While prior experience in a busy warehouse environment is beneficial, it is not mandatory. Candidates must practice safe and correct manual handling techniques and be able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
