- A Salary that Keeps You on Track: While you’re learning the ins and outs of tram operation, you’ll be earning a competitive €2,975 monthly salary (gross, for 38.5 hours/week), plus a Munich allowance of €270. Once you’ve earned your Tram Master stripes, your earning potential increases significantly to an average of €3,650 gross per month including shift allowances of approximately €410. This ensures financial stability and recognizes your valuable contribution to Munich’s transport network.

- Got the License? A valid Class B (car) driving license is your essential first step.
- Ready for Any Shift? Our trams operate around the clock, so we need individuals who are willing and able to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays. Flexibility is key!
- Spreche Deutsch? A good working knowledge of German is essential for effective communication with passengers and colleagues, as well as for understanding operating procedures and safety regulations.
- Safety First & Customer Service Excellence: A strong sense of responsibility, a commitment to safety, and a genuine desire to provide excellent customer service are paramount. You’ll be interacting with passengers daily, so a friendly and helpful demeanor is crucial.
- Minimum Age: Applicants must be at least 21 years old.
