Are you skilled in social media and passionate about sharing the Christian message? WEC International is seeking volunteers to join their teams in the Gambia, Netherlands, and Spanish Americas to spread the Good News through social media platforms. Each position is an opportunity to use your skills to make a real difference in spreading faith and hope, as well as support the local churches and missionaries in these regions.

Gambia – Social Media Evangelist

WEC International’s branch in Gambia is looking for a creative evangelist experienced with social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and vlogs. Your role will involve distributing messages, images, and videos designed for young people in the Gambia. With smartphone use widespread, social media has become a powerful tool for evangelism, even for audiences with low literacy levels. Leverage tools like SD cards and Lightstream Pocket to share engaging content, empowering both missionaries and local churches to amplify their online ministry efforts.

Commitment: Minimum of 3 months, unsalaried (faith-based support). Reference: WEC ref 277

Netherlands – Social Media Outreach Specialist

WEC Netherlands aims to grow its social media reach and better support Dutch missionaries. In this role, you’ll manage platforms like Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram, creating impactful posts that inspire and mobilize followers. You will maintain active communication with the public, building WEC’s online presence and supporting evangelistic and church-planting efforts.

Commitment: Minimum of 1 month, unsalaried (faith-based support). Reference: WEC ref 414

Spanish Americas – Social Media Coordinator WEC Latino recruits Spanish-speaking Christians across North, South, and Central America. As Social Media Coordinator, you will increase the ministry’s reach, using platforms such as Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook to mobilize missionaries across the Americas. Your task includes creating and managing fresh, relevant content and engaging with the public.
