Position Overview

We are currently hiring Ice Production Workers for an immediate start at our Acacia Ridge location. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to the smooth operation of our production facility. As an Ice Production Worker, you will be responsible for palletizing ice bags, ensuring the efficient operation of production machinery, and maintaining high safety and hygiene standards. No prior experience is necessary, as full on-the-job training is provided.

Key Responsibilities for Production Staff

  • Palletizing 5kg ice bags onto pallets efficiently and accurately.
  • Operating forklifts (training provided) to transport ice products.
  • Adhering to strict workplace safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Assisting with loading and unloading ice products for distribution.
  • Performing quality control checks to ensure all ice products meet company standards.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the production area.
  • Working effectively as part of a team to meet daily production targets.
  • Following instructions from supervisors and production managers to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ensuring all equipment is used correctly and reporting any technical issues immediately.
