What Does a Production Process Worker Do?

As a Production Process Worker, you’ll be an essential part of the manufacturing team responsible for producing nutritional products. Your daily responsibilities will include tasks such as:

Core Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Operating on the production line: Assist with assembling and packaging nutritional goods with accuracy and consistency.

  • Manual handling: Safely lift and carry bags weighing up to 25kg.

  • Loading and unloading materials: Feed ingredients into machines and unload finished products.

  • Debagging and tipping: Remove packaging from raw materials and carefully add them to mixing systems.

  • Monitoring quality control: Identify and report any inconsistencies or defects in products.

  • Maintaining cleanliness: Adhere to strict hygiene protocols, especially in food-grade environments.

  • Teamwork and communication: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow and product output.
