Your Impact as Plant Manager

• Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of plant operations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, best practices, and Emerson’s high-quality standards.

• Customer-Centric Service: Partner with Sales and Service Operations to develop and execute local service strategies that exceed customer expectations.
• Financial Performance: Drive profitability by managing operating revenue, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Supply Chain Optimization: Collaborate with the Strategic Supply Chain team to create a resilient, cost-effective supply network.
• Safety Leadership: Champion a safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with all regulations and promoting proactive safety improvements.

What You Bring to Emerson

• Proven Experience: A tertiary or trade qualification in engineering or a related field. Strong manufacturing experience with exposure to engineering, sales, marketing, warehousing, and distribution.
• Leadership & Team Building: A track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Financial Acumen: Ability to use financial analysis to evaluate strategic options and drive profitability.
