Key Responsibilities

Management: Oversee daily operations of the motel, ensuring high service standards and adherence to SOPs, policies, and regulations.
Staff Supervision: Assign duties to motel personnel, monitor performance, and provide training and support.
Guest Relations: Uphold exceptional customer service and ensure guests have a memorable stay.
Organizational Skills: Handle administrative tasks and ensure efficient operations within the team.
