Junior Trader Role

As a Junior Trader, you will be working within the UK and European power markets, contributing to Cobblestone’s cutting-edge trading operations. Junior Trader Qualifications

• Communication Skills: Must clearly articulate complex ideas.

• Proactive Approach: Business-oriented, proactive decision-making.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (preferred).
• Advantageous: Familiarity with energy markets and coding skills are beneficial but not required.

Hiring Process

1: Application Review
2: Psychometric Tests, Research Project, and Remote Interviews
3: Finalists participate in the Commercial Training Program (CTP) in Dubai. During this one-week program, Cobblestone covers relocation expenses including flights, accommodation, and work visa paperwork.

Step 4: After completing the CTP, successful candidates will be offered a role as Commercial Graduates through our Commercial Development Program (CDP) in Dubai. This 8-12 months rotational program covers trading and analytics, providing mentorship and training in market fundamentals. Upon completion, graduates assume the position of Junior Trader.
