Responsibilities for Hiring Tree Nursery Hands
- Prune and shape trees to ensure optimal growth and aesthetics.
- Stake and tie trees to provide necessary structural support.
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a well-organized nursery.
- Follow safety guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
Skills & Qualifications for Hiring Tree Nursery Hands
- Passion for horticulture and tree care.
- Basic understanding of pruning and shaping methods (training provided).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Previous experience in a nursery or landscaping role is beneficial but not required.
