Your Role in Our Thriving Nursery

Joining us as a General Nursery Worker means stepping into a vital role within our bustling operations. This hands-on position offers variety, ensuring no two days are alike. From meticulously picking and packing plants to conducting quality control checks, your work will directly contribute to creating stunning gardens and landscapes across New Zealand. Core Responsibilities:

  • Accurately pick, pack, and label plants to meet delivery schedules.
  • Perform quality control checks, ensuring every plant meets our high standards.
  • Engage in a variety of nursery tasks such as potting, pruning, and watering.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in work areas, promoting efficiency.
  • Adhere strictly to Health and Safety procedures for a safe work environment.
  • Operate machinery as required (training provided for those without prior experience).
