Key Responsibilities

• Crop Management: Plant, cultivate, irrigate, fertilize, and spray crops to ensure optimal growth.
• Weeding and Maintenance: Clear and collect debris from fields, control weeds, and perform routine maintenance on farm machinery.
• Quality Control: Grade fruits and vegetables into marketable and non-marketable lots based on size, shape, and color.
• Machinery Operation: Operate and maintain farm trucks, tractors, and planting equipment.

Qualifications

• Education: No formal degree, certificate, or diploma required.
• Experience: Previous experience in farming is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Language: Proficiency in English.

Working Conditions

• Environment: Fast-paced, outdoors, and physically demanding; exposure to varying weather conditions (hot, cold, wet).
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy loads, perform repetitive tasks, and stand for extended periods.
