Manager Disbursements & Accounts (Position-01) | Master’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field | At least 07 years of relevant experience, with a focus on disbursements and financial management |
Disbursement Officers (Position-01) | Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or a related field | At least 05 years of experience in financial operations and disbursements |
Accounts Officer (Position-01) | Bachelor’s in Accounting or related field | At least 05 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting |
Engineers Regional-based (Divisions/District based) (Position-07) | Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or relevant engineering discipline | At least 05 years of experience in civil or structural engineering projects, preferably in housing reconstruction |
District Officer/Regional Coordinator Regional-based (Division/Districts) (Position-07) | Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Public Administration, or related field | At least 05 years of experience in district-level project management and implementation |
Community Field Supervisors Regional-based positions (Division/District) (Position-07) | Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Community Development, or related field | At least 05 years of experience Proven experience in community mobilization and field supervision |
IT Officer (Position-01) | Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field | At least 03 years of experience in IT support and network/MIS management |
Admin & HR Officer (Position-01) |
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR or related field | At least 05 years of Experience in office administration and human resource management, Supply chain Management/Procurement Management, Business Management, or related Field. |
Procurement Officer (Position-01) | Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, IT, Project Management, Procurement Management or any relevant field | At least 05 years of Experience in procurement processes and vendor management |
Program Associates (Position-03) | Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, IT, Project Management or any relevant field | At least 03 years of experience in program support and coordination |
Program Assistants (Position-03) | Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, IT, Project Management or any relevant field | At least 02 years of experience in administrative assistance or program support |
