LEADS BPO, a leading provider of customer service solutions, is seeking a passionate and driven Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team in Abbottabad. As a FRONTER specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our clients through inbound calls and various customer touchpoints.

What You’ll Do:

Handle inbound customer calls: Listen attentively, diagnose issues, and offer solutions that exceed expectations.
Resolve customer complaints: Work effectively to resolve complaints within set timeframes, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Provide product and service information: Educate customers on FRONTER offerings, guiding them toward the best solutions.
Process orders and applications: Ensure accuracy and efficiency in order processing and application management.
Maintain accurate records: Document customer interactions and relevant data for future reference.
Uphold company policies and procedures: Adhere to established guidelines to ensure consistent service quality.
Go the extra mile: Build rapport with customers, fostering positive relationships and exceeding expectations.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably with FRONTER knowledge.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building rapport.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to effectively troubleshoot customer issues.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
Teamwork mentality and a commitment to collaboration.
Fluency in English and Urdu.
