As a Butler, your responsibilities will include:

1. Unpacking and packing of suitcases: You will assist guests in unpacking and packing their suitcases, ensuring a seamless and comfortable arrival and departure experience.
2. Re-stocking minibar: Maintaining the minibars in the suites by restocking them with a selection of refreshments and snacks based on guest preferences.
3. In-suite dining service: Serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, canapés, and other items directly to the guests’ suites, providing a personalized and luxurious dining experience.
4. Laundry requests: Attending to guests’ laundry requests, ensuring their clothes are cleaned and presented to the highest standards.
5. Personalized arrangements: Assisting guests in arranging personal items within their suites and ensuring their preferences are catered to throughout their stay.
6. Reservation management: Making dinner and spa reservations on behalf of guests, ensuring they have access to the finest dining and wellness experiences onboard.
7. Bath preparation: Prepare the bath with the guests’ preferred amenities, creating a relaxing and indulgent atmosphere.
8. Shoe polishing: Taking care of guests’ shoes, ensuring they are impeccably polished and ready for any occasion.
9. Guest history and preferences: Building strong relationships with guests by gathering their history and preferences, allowing for a highly personalized and tailored experience.

As a Butler, you will be the main point of contact for the guests in your section of 15 suites. Working alongside a Suite Attendant, you will collaborate to ensure that guests have a truly luxurious experience throughout their stay. Attention to detail, a guest service-oriented mindset, and a genuine passion for this role are essential qualities for success.

Experience

Previous Butler experience is not necessary, making this an excellent opportunity to transition into this specialized role.
