About the Role:
As a Boilermaker Welder, you will play a vital role in the construction, installation, maintenance, and repair of boilers and pressure vessels. Your responsibilities will include:
- Casting and shaping metal components for boilers
- Assembling and installing boilers using precision techniques
- Utilizing advanced welding procedures to join steel structures
- Performing comprehensive boiler testing and treatment processes
- Troubleshooting and repairing boilers to ensure optimal functionality
- Loading and unloading equipment and materials efficiently
We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Boilermaker Welder
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Proficiency in various welding techniques, including (add specific techniques)
- Experience with boiler testing and treatment procedures (list specific procedures)
- Strong understanding of boiler safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent physical fitness and stamina for working in demanding environments
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bonus points for:
- Experience working in the power generation, oil & gas, or construction industries
- Possession of relevant trade certifications (list specific certifications)
