Hilton Toronto is looking for a Part-Time Bell Person to join our team. The Bell Person will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service by transferring and storing luggage, as well as responding to guest requests in alignment with the hotel’s mission to offer outstanding guest experiences and ensure financial profitability. What Will I Be Doing?
As a Bell Person, your duties will include the following:
- Greeting and escorting guests to and from their accommodations.
- Transporting and storing guest luggage, ensuring the highest level of service.
- Inspecting guest rooms and assisting guests with room features.
- Responding to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Organizing and storing luggage as needed, ensuring proper handling.
- Ensuring that the leadership team is kept informed of relevant guest feedback and requests.
- Delivering messages, faxes, and other communications to guests throughout the day.
- Assisting with room moves, special luggage deliveries, and attending to the main lobby and front door area when necessary.
- Helping maintain the cleanliness and functionality of equipment and surroundings.

- Excellent grooming standards and professional appearance.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Previous experience as a Bell Person or in a hotel setting is an advantage.
