Caterpillar Australia offers an exciting opportunity for a driven and results-oriented professional to join our Construction Industries Services Division as an Aftermarket Corporate Account Manager based in Melbourne.

The Impact You’ll Make

In this pivotal role, you will:

• Collaborate: Partner with Caterpillar dealers and internal stakeholders to enhance sales coverage for key corporate accounts.
• Identify & Grow: Uncover new aftermarket solutions opportunities and execute targeted sales programs to drive revenue growth.
• Optimize Performance: Analyze sales data, conduct performance reviews, and implement corrective actions to achieve business plan targets.
• Champion Customer Focus: Gather insights, understand customer needs, and communicate market intelligence to ensure product and service alignment.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up to date with industry trends, technologies, and market regulations to anticipate and address customer needs.

What You Bring to the Table

• Education & Experience: A university degree in engineering, business, marketing, or related field is preferred. Experience in a dealer/supplier relationship or sales and marketing roles is a plus.
• Exceptional Skills: Strong interpersonal communication, negotiation, influencing, and problem-solving abilities.
• Business Acumen: Solid project management skills and a deep understanding of sales processes.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Australian construction industry is highly desirable.
