CLEANING SUPERVISOR Duties
- Ensure timely completion and submission of weekly time sheets to admin support
- Conduct monthly stock counts and document and submit to admin support
- Monitor purchase requests, check deliveries, and sign off as required
- Provide onsite training, development, and performance reviews for the team, maintaining training records
- Coordinate transport requirements and work closely with the transport division for smooth operations
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to expected standards
- Report sickness, absence, and holidays in line with company procedures
- Foster teamwork within the team and interface regularly with customers and clients, exceeding their expectations
- Adhere to the contract scope of work agreements
- Ensure all staff members are well-presented with proper uniforms, name badges, and appearance
- Follow Health & Safety guidelines and ensure adequate training for staff
- Also, Handle customer feedback quickly and effectively, in a positive manner
Skills Required:
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of light equipment used for the cleaning industry
- Proficiency in dusting and damp wiping of surfaces, glass cleaning, cleaning of toilet facilities, spray cleaning hard floors, buffing hard floors, machine scrubbing and drying (with wet suction machine), washing all surfaces, polish application, stain removal (upholstery), cleaning of domestic refrigerators and microwave ovens, multi-bucket floor mopping, dealing with bodily fluids and sharps, dealing with spillages, carpet extraction cleaning, graffiti removal, and chewing gum removal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team
