On Amsterdam’s Herengracht canal, once the Mayor’s residence, now our home. The Hoxton, Amsterdam has 111 rooms, as well as The Apartment, our meetings and events concept, and Lotti’s, our all-day restaurant and bar.
The Hoxton is a collection of open-air hotels in different parts of London that we enjoy. We’ve never just been about providing a bed for the night since we established our first hotel in Shoreditch.
We want to be more than that: proving that good value doesn’t have to mean sacrificing style, and creating a place where visitors can mingle with the residents and immerse themselves in the community through vibrant, friendly public spaces.

What you’ll do
- To deliver the best quality of customer service, including being nice, helpful, and responsive to our guests.
- All public areas cleaned and serviced.
- Ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and well-kept public areas throughout the property.
- Ensure that all Health and Safety regulations are followed and that any violations are reported to the Head Housekeeper.
- Handle all cleaning materials with care and a thorough understanding of COSHH standards.
- Attend all needed training courses.
- Maintain an optimistic and friendly demeanor at all times, even when attempting to solve problems.
