Duties and responsibilities

  • Working as part of the Health Club & Spa Team to ensure that consistently high service standards are provided, increasing each visitor’s experience.
  • In accordance with Spa regulations and procedures, maintain the Health Club & Spa to the highest levels of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.
  • As needed, cover reception, gym, and pool tasks.
  • To open and close the club in accordance with the SOP.
  • Two-hourly water quality checks should be completed and reported if results are out of range.
  • Furthermore, To ensure that discarded towels and equipment are replaced and that the poolside is maintained clean.
  • To report any maintenance difficulties in a timely manner.
  • Maintain order by enforcing club rules at all times.
  • Keep track of how much time people spend in the pool.
  • Complete the daily check/log sheets as well as the opening/closing sheets.
  • Also, Manage towel stockpiles and keep track of them according to the SOP.
  • To make the most of every opportunity to sell by adding value to the customer.
  • Also, To respond to all client complaints in a timely and professional manner, exhibiting real concern and care.

Salary

£9.07 – £10.50 an hour
