We are searching for employees that are outgoing and pleasant to work at the Front Desk of our hotel business. The front desk Employees begin with competitive compensation and up to ten days of paid vacation, depending on the time of admission. Work the early morning, afternoon, or evening shifts. Requirement

  • English: Business level for both writing and speaking
  • Japanese: Business level for both writing and speaking

Responsibilities

  • Manage all check-ins and check-outs
  • Assists and supports all guest experiences beginning at the hotel, such as introducing and recommending sightseeing spots and restaurants.
  • Handles any guest complaints and/or remarks; responds as soon as feasible.
  • Answering phone calls and emails
  • Managing the monies within his/her control

Routine includes three work shift schedules from

7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
1 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Salary

Yearly salary: 200,000yen ( Based on experience)
6 months of probation
