job Role

This position is responsible for providing an amazing Guest Experience in a highly empowered workplace. Throughout the Guest journey, represent our brand. The candidate will be primarily responsible for providing alteration services to guests and residents, rectification of our roman blinds in rooms and fabric in our furniture’s, alteration of staff uniforms (our uniforms are designed by Giorgio Armani and are mostly imported from Italy – sizes are standard and must be customised for each ambassador), replacing busted buttons in guest laundry and ambassadors uniform after completing a quality check, and relieving uniform robbing.
