Specific abilities
- Transporting fish and shellfish to the workplace
- Prepare fish fillets for packaging or freezing.
- Machines and immediate work spaces should be kept clean.
- Unload and transfer fish and shellfish from fishing vessels by hand or by boat.

- Weigh the fish or shellfish, make a note of the weight, then pack the catch in ice.
- Sort fish by species, weight, and destination.
