On the aforesaid shift, we presently have openings in the operating units for Packing and Feeding operatives. The chosen candidates will offer packing and feeding support to a team of operators responsible for creating high-quality finished items, reporting to the line Packing Supervisors.
The following are key responsibilities:
- To guarantee that all quality and safety requirements are met.
- To work to a high quality, allowing plants to meet their output targets.
- To ensure that housekeeping and sanitary requirements are met.
- Assist the Supervisors in introducing and implementing any improvement ideas.
- Provide a coordinated connectivity to all on-line manufacturing operations.
The ideal applicant will have a strong attendance record, as well as a flexible attitude and desire to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Employees must be able to work in accordance with pladis Flexible Working agreements.
