Let’s Get Organized! – Assisting with cleanup on manufacturing and packing equipment, you will become acquainted with all parts of the facility. Let’s watch how those machines shine.
I’ve got you covered! – You will be in charge of covering for other employees who may be on longer work schedules, vacations, or other time off. It’s a group effort!
– Go, Team! – You will have the ability to form strong connections with various departments around the plant and collaborate to guarantee that everything is in order.

Required:

Physically, you must be able to stand for lengthy periods of time and lift up to fifty pounds at or above your waist.
Must be adaptable in terms of work schedule, overtime, and holidays.
Communication, interpersonal, and organisational abilities that are effective
Ability to communicate effectively and follow verbal and written directions
Understanding of basic math is required to solve problems and manage on-the-job requests.
Detail-oriented

Extra Credit:

Previous job experience at a food manufacturing facility
Previous experience in a manufacturing setting or a role connected to manufacturing is required.
Mechanical or industrial background
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment Mechanical aptitude
