Responsibilities

• include providing exceptional customer service by assisting customers in loading products into their vehicles.
• Obtain the customer’s signature on the load-out ticket.
• Carry out “loads” from the store to the customer’s vehicle.
• Maintain the appearance of products both inside and out by keeping them balanced and full.
• Make certain that the things are priced.
• Make certain that the parking lot, corral, and bull pen are clean and well-maintained.
• When time allows, restack or level off items.
• Use standard office supplies.
• Use a portable inventory device, a forklift, a pallet jack, a ladder, and other retail equipment to complete tasks.
• Contribute to the success of corporate programmes such as Rural King’s Harvest Card Program, Customer C.A.R.E., and RK Plus Protection Plan.
• Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to properly interact verbally with clients and coworkers (in-person and via electronic devices).
• Capable of moving up to 20 pounds repeatedly and 21-50 pounds intermittently.
• Cross-training and other responsibilities may be necessary.

Qualification

• Ability to communicate with the team in a fast-paced atmosphere while being adaptable, proactive, inventive, and efficient.
• The ability to operate alone and without supervision.
• Access to and usage of the in-store computer, scanning system, and wireless handheld equipment.
