As a Customer Service Specialist (Part Time) in Sofia, you will be responsible for addressing phone and email inquiries from clients and restaurants. You’ll assist in the resolution of a variety of difficulties, ranging from delayed orders to restaurant requests, and explain them in a straightforward and polite manner. You will be their initial point of contact and will be the face of Takeaway.com.

Your job also include

Work on allocated customer support inquiries, seeking assistance as needed.
Updating restaurant information on our system: Opening hours, for example, or menu adjustments
Creating and resolving tickets for system issues – TMS
Keeping track of the development and status of the tickets
Collaborate with your coworkers to guarantee high levels of client satisfaction.

Can you deliver…?

Are you ready to join the CS team? This is what we require of you:
Perfect Bulgarian (written and spoken) and English fluency (B1-B2 or higher)
Experience in Customer Service or other customer-facing jobs is preferred.
Previous experience in an office setting would be considered advantageous.
A service-oriented and customer-focused mindset
Willing to work 4 or 6 hour shifts from Monday to Sunday, 10:00-23:30
Self-assured in utilising Microsoft Office and Google products
Excellent communication skills and a desire to work in a team environment
Your work should be adaptable, stress-resistant, and proactive.
ability to work with less supervision and make judgments
Willing to learn and progress in a tough, fast-paced workplace
