Important Duties and Responsibilities:

• Preparation tasks include washing, peeling, chopping, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Transport pans, kettles, and food trays to and from work stations, the stove, and the refrigerator in line with safety requirements.
• Wrapping, dating, food safety, and rotation processes should be followed while storing food in specified places.
  Set aside goods for daily purchases.
• Perform general cleaning activities; collect trash and rubbish and dispose of it in appropriate places.
  Supplies, utensils, and portable equipment should be distributed.
• To guarantee optimum quality, serving temperatures, and regular portion control, use recognised food recipes and manufacturing standards. Notify cooks if food temperatures go outside of permissible ranges.
• Serve clients in a polite, efficient manner by following the service procedures indicated.
• Resolves client complaints and forwards pertinent information to the supervisor.
• Ensure that all sanitary and safety standards are met.
• Serve customers in all retail sectors, including cashiering and line serving.

Qualifications:

• Excellent grasp of the English language, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to follow written and spoken directions.
• Previous food service experience in a healthcare setting, a hotel, a restaurant, or a fast food restaurant is considered a plus.
