Responsibilities

• Report to the Head Waiter / Waitress, the Supervisor, the Assistant Manager, and the Outlet Manager.
• Also, Report to duty on time, wearing the right uniform, clean and well pressed, including suitable shoes (polished) and name tag, and maintaining a high degree of personal appearance and hygiene at all times, in accordance with the hotel dress code and Kempinski grooming standards.
• At all times, a friendly, professional, and efficient service is offered.
• Further, All duties and tasks are carried out in accordance with the tasks assigned to the outlet.
• Be familiar with all of the hotel’s services and goods.
• Have a solid knowledge and comprehension of all food and beverage items supplied by the designated department.
• Also, Have the expertise and understanding to explain and execute upselling on all things given by the assigned department, as well as propose alternatives.

• Moreover, Successfully monitor running supplies and equipment, as well as decrease spoilage and loss.

• Maintain a clean and orderly workplace and surrounding environment at all times.
• Also, Perform the opening and shutting processes for the designated outlet successfully.
• Handle visitor inquiries politely and efficiently, and report any complaints or criticism to managers.
• Reporting guest concerns to supervisors as soon as possible and ensuring follow-up with the guest
• Be competent enough to run the existing POS system depending on the department’s designated responsibility level.
• Further, Understand and carefully follow the laws and regulations outlined in the hotel’s policy document, as well as the hotel’s policies on fire, hygiene, health, and safety.
• Also, Maintain a positive working relationship with all employees in the allocated department and throughout the hotel.

Qualifications and skills desired

• Experience in a Food & Beverage job, preferably at a premium hotel, is desired.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities in English

• Ability to operate as part of a team, flourish under pressure in difficult situations, and come up with proactive, sensible answers.
