Responsibilities

• Answer/transfer phone calls with vigour and courtesy to all possible customers.
• For all channels, present the Chukar sales process consistently and accurately (Mail Order, Corporate, Wholesale, Retail).
• Customers should be educated about items and promotions.
• For each order type, inform customers about products, incentives, and shipping alternatives.
• Assist consumers who are placing orders on chukar.com.
• To ensure Chukar Cherries’ products and service delight clients, you must be organised and detail-oriented.
