About the role
You will find and upgrade all storage areas to meet business objectives, increase sales, volumes and efficiency and ensure long-term profitability. You will be responsible for all local and operational decisions in collaboration with the State Administration team.

You are responsible for setting realistic goals and objectives. And training the performance of the Store Management team. JH, in partnership with HR Business Partner, will develop individual learning strategies linked to the store’s success planning document to discover and develop internal talent to ensure the STAR Program is alive and well.
