Jobs Title
1 . Carpenter
Main Function:
Execute all maintenance and Installation work related to carpentry such as doors, windows, wooden floors, including, cleaning, storing material, handling tools…etc.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Fix, Install and repair doors & widows & wooden floors & offices tables & gypsum board and any other carpentry work….etc.
Move material from & to store as per work requirements
Apply daily check on any related assets & inform to Civil Supervisor
Being under call for any carpentry requirements (which can be done by the time).

6. BRANDING EXECUTIVE
Main Function:
Manages suppliers and business partners in- store and mall branding including managing and developing the brands plan and working with the suppliers and business partners.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for boosting branding income through offering different branding options to supplier and potential clients.
2. Follow-up with all suppliers/ business partners for their branding needs & confirmation.
3. Ensure the proper display of products SKU in branches, availability of price labels, Price Book, maintaining Planograms
4. Analyze the availability/non availability offers between branches and develop report for the same.
5. Closely work with branch managers to obtain information on availability of product, price, and maintain record for potential branding elements (available spaces) in all the branches.
6. Check and confirm allocation of space in stores as per the branding contract.
7. Design/develop planogram for existing/ new products, obtain approval of category managers and follow up the execution in the branches to offer branding to all the potential suppliers.
8. Apply approved planogram for existing/ new products in every branch and regularly follow up during scheduled visits
9. Monitor products promotion in every branch during scheduled visits.
10. Ensure the proper display and availability of products in branches.
11. Keep the record of starting & ending dates of branding contracts.
12. Train staff on space allocation of branding, products knowledge, generating reports, etc…
13. Generate daily/weekly/monthly supplier performance evaluation report for branding.
14. Follow up with Admin. Department for the Tenders/ Specification of required POS/Packaging materials.
15. Follow up with Accounts and Finance Dept. for payments & deduction.
16. Make sure all the branding material are in good condition and make maintenance report if required.
17. Keep the record of all the contacts of suppliers & vendors for branding.
18. Organize monthly meetings with suppliers for branding & advertising.
19. Prepare a excel sheet with expected & actual branding income.
20. Prepare monthly income target & achieve reports.
21. Visit to branches to ensure all branding material are in good condition and no damages.

7. SUPPORT TECHNICIAN
Provides First Level Support for any problems related to Branch Networks, POS Hardware, POS Software and All PC related Problems and its related communication system.
- Provide technical support in maintaining software issues for POS system (Hardware and Software).
- Ensure maintenance of POS machines and related equipment, weighing scales, in all branches and provide first level support for resolution of hardware related issues.
- Ensure maintenance of all printers in all branches and provide first level support for resolution of hardware related issues.
- Act as First level support for network related issues and establish the network connections, Automated Data Collection(ADC) Devices and ADC Printing Issues.
- Provide Periodic Maintenance for clearing database on POS server, POS machines and Antivirus Update, and send the report to the section head.
- Ensure checklist duly filed for installation related activities.
- Install, configure and troubleshoot – PC’s, Mobile, TAS Machines, Avaya Phones.
- Review and execute work orders (through supervisor) and support Help Desk from different branches.
- Visit branches to ensure all IT Related equipment are working and provide preventive maintenance as and when required.
- Arrange for Logistics to transports material to concerned work location, includes the execution of required work, as well as testing the performance of the network.
- Work as help desk for internal users issues and provide support for resolution of problems.
- Involve the projects related to IT Department as and when required.
- Maintain/monitor backup of POS Branch Server database.

8 . LEASING COORDINATOR
Receive walk-in enquires for leasing requests
Attend to telephone and emails enquiries with potential tenants and leasing requests
Schedules appointments with potential tenants
Coordinate with Leasing team before Contact tenants to follow up of late payments / due renewals
Prepare Leasing Offers, Lease Agreements after approved by Leasing team & Property Deputy Dept. Manager
Coordinate with Leasing team to Follow up , collect cash payments , cheques and signed Lease Agreements
Coordinate with Finance and Accounts department for paperwork and payments of mall tenants in coordination with leasing team.
Coordinate with Leasing team to Arrange tenancy renewals of and tenant’s payment.
Coordinate with leasing team in Preparing (Ejari) contracts & hand offer to tenants if required.
Coordinate with leasing team to update Record leasing files, checklist, forms and letters of mall tenants
Prepare related documents required to provide tenants’ services in coordinate with leasing team
Distribute all information to the concerned parties (internal and external).

9 . LEASING EXECUTIVE
Support the entire Retail Leasing process
Search for new brands to promote the property department.
Conduct branch visits to ensure tenants compliance to UC ‘s Policies and guidelines
Negotiate rents with tenants if required, in coordination with Leasing Manager
Draft Letters of Intent, Memorandum of Understanding, Initial Lease Approval Forms, amendments and other documents. Print Leasing Offers and Lease Agreements
Prepare related documents required to provide tenants services
Monitor the documentation process and ensures that all is completed
Follow-up with internal and external parties on the status of all documents/agreements
Follow up and collect payment and signed Lease Agreements.
Entry of payments to the JDE system, using RERA Ejari system with updating
Evaluate, analyze and update, in coordination with the Leasing Manager the information concerning shops/units leasing charges
Responds to leasing enquires (walk- in, telephonic….etc.)
Receive and document complaints raised by tenants, and the taken actions to resolve them.
Support Leasing Manager on preparation of reports (Tenant Mix, Rent Roll, etc.) related to Leasing Strategy
Communicate issues to Management, plan corrective actions as needed.
Maintain an accurate and updated database of tenants, contracts …etc. and Report to manager concerning sections’ contract expiry due dates in a prior basis
Support the leasing section and properties department in all matters.
