Job’s purpose
Dubai Job vacancy 2021 Perform normal security and aviation duties related to the monitoring, surveillance, deployment, and inspection of Emirates Group in order to protect employees, property and the business from unauthorized disruption.

Work Framework:

Normal;
Perform aviation safety functions including monitoring, access control, search, testing, monitoring and escort inspections, goods, catering products for both air and rural areas e.g. warehouse, engineering hangar etc.
– Record and report any suspicious activity (security violations etc.) online to ensure that appropriate action can be taken where necessary.

– Guide security personnel from the security service provider (Transguard Patrol) to carry out routine air security operations at a specific deployment point.

– In an emergency, act as a firefighter.

– Participate in Quality Control Circ activities e.g. process development projects, product development etc.

Cargo and Aviation Security Aviation (CAPU)
Acting as a first line of defense for the protection of product shipment from acts of unlawful interference e.g. dangerous goods.

– Protect loads in respect of vulnerable goods, valuables, arms and ammunition.

– Protect the aircraft by conducting flight searches, monitoring monitoring and access control functions.

– Perform passenger protection activities including fluids and gels (LAGs) safety checks, second-passenger passenger checks and luggage inspections.

– Protect / monitor lost items (eg luggage) and direct the process of returning these items to the right owner.

Flourishing;
Perform x-ray screening tasks including vehicle search and access control for people, their own and cars.
– Ensure the integrity of tested vehicles and vehicles using the approved branding regime.

Utilities & Accommodation
Monitor authorized visitors, arrivals and departures and keep records (eg books of books) on a daily basis.

– Respond to fire alarms and use emergency procedures where needed.

– Provide access and guidance for residential staff when performing repair work.

Transguard;
Inspect Transguard vehicles before handling any valuables to ensure that all items are in good working order to prevent damage, and to ensure that vehicles comply with safety and VIT regulations.

– Keep all responsibilities and ensure that all procedures are followed.

– Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.

– Keep an accurate travel log and shipping details to ensure compliance with the insurance policy and VIT.

– Ensure that relevant information regarding non-essential entry to and from Vault and documents are kept up to date.
Qualifications and Knowledge
Graduation;
10 years of study or equivalent:
Experience;

Security (General): 1+ year

Knowledge / Skills;
– Experience in the security industry may be preferred
– Information on flight management procedures and implementation of security measures (eg access control, security search, etc.) may be helpful.
