Job Summary and Purpose:

Hold daily asset bonds, to provide support to the group leader of goods and store operations / Category / Purchase / Funds where required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Database management of all shares listed.
• Compilation of weekly / monthly/annual reports to be sent to stores.
• Creation of monthly/annual PI roasters for export.
• Managing inventory (Monthly / Annual) according to the annual schedule in all stores.
• Analyze and review variations announced by stores.
• Make stock packing and stock adjustment of variations according to approval.
• He is responsible for special events such as GITEX / SHOPPERS / etc.
• Clear unresolved SNP (Sales Negative Sales) issues in a timely manner.
• Provide inventory-related support to supply / department / PRT / Finance departments.
• Help identify process improvements/changes where needed.
• Provide the necessary information to meet the requirements of the Audit / Compliance.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Education: Bachelors degrees
• Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in the sales area

Skills and skills:

SAP – Practical information, MS Excel, PowerPoint, tracking and integration, numerical skills, good communication skills.

Salary: AED 2750 + special Transportation fee
