Job Responsibilities:
- Identifying and assessing a customer’s needs
- Keeping detailed records of customer interactions
- Following your company’s communication procedures and policies
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Duties will be sales of Etisalat Products like Postpaid, Prepaid, Elife, and other services
- Complaints, requests and Enquiries handling
- Etisalat Sales Executive will be deployed in Etisalat Branded Mini Kiosks, SIS,
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 1 year sales experience
Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduation
Skill & Abilities:
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Good Selling skills
- Positive Attitude
- Flexible for any shifts / Location
