Strategic policies and procedures

Leading BU scope and practical technology for planning new strategies and project plans. Identify diversity and trends in line with agreed policies, procedures and procedures to ensure compliance with BU’s long-term strategy.
Leading the transition to a culture of innovation and development in all operations within the Business Unit and will ensure that all partner activities are fully aligned with the Pacela & Express technology system.
Initiate and implement a complex transformation strategy to provide the business with solutions to facilitate business start-ups, growth, operational alignment of strategic plans, customer services, sales and process efficiency, and effective collaboration with other support services – IT, financial and support services.
Commitment to the identification, testing and management of strategic technologies and infrastructure partnerships, joint ventures, acquisition and disposal opportunities underpin the business direction.
Organizing a review of P&E technical strategies to identify opportunities, issues and recommend short, medium and long-term solutions that improve long-term competition.
Owning and conducting BU infrastructure planning, ensuring compliance with medium-term and strategic business plans
It provides insight that incorporates best practices and new styles through market and industry analysis.
Customer Involvement

Analyze customer feedback to provide input into potential areas where Emirates Post performance and / or performance can be improved through deployment of technology solutions.
By doing our best to campaign for internal and commercial needs and work to allow for the creation of a road map for the Parcels & Express technology.
Analyze customer feedback on how well current products and services meet their expectations in order to develop new technology solutions that meet potential customer needs.
project management

Leading all the key technologies and BU renaming projects, including full ownership of related programs / programs, to ensure delivery in accordance with the agreed steps.
To lead all of BU’s key infrastructure projects, including full ownership of related programs / programs, to ensure the delivery of agreed upon agreed steps.
Assessing current and future infrastructure / Requirements for the postal and postal services and taking ownership of specific programs that support the long-term energy requirement of P&E.
Managing fundraising / savings programs through design and implementation processes throughout the business unit.
Manage the performance of the vendor team and project to ensure compliance with contract requirements, organizational controls and expectations of business units.
Supporting the development and implementation of key BU processes where technology plays a very important role.
In partnership with the PMO, develop detailed project plans for all major projects, which provide a clear and accurate estimate of financial costs, timescales and resource requirements.
Reports

Provide detailed project reporting information for all assigned programs.
Supporting senior management in new processes that need to be implemented or existing processes that need to be modified or delivered to key metrics or long distances.
Establish and manage project budgets (including heavy and minor costs), maintain monthly forecasts, analyze revenue and prepare expected expense reports.

Talent Management

Ensuring the development of an effective organizational plan and staff strategy to ensure that the work is carried out efficiently and that the organization has the necessary skills to achieve its strategic objectives.
Ensure a description of the development plans and succession of all employees to ensure that the team has the necessary skills to achieve its current goals and to manage future changes / challenges.
Define and monitor performance against key performance indicators / indicators to ensure that employees are aware of their limited level of performance and appropriate interventions where performance levels do not meet expectations.
With appropriate demonstration of leadership ethics, create a stimulating work environment in which employees are encouraged to use a conscious effort in pursuit of team and organizational goals.

Qualifications and information:

Bachelor’s Degree in Technology, Engineering, Science.

Experience:

Minimum of 10 years of expertise in planning and operation of the last mile.
