Strategy, Policy, and Procedure
Follow all relevant departmental policies, procedures, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that the work is done in a controlled and consistent manner.
Stick to price policy and discount guidelines to make sure good genes are maintained.
Set an account portfolio strategic direction, including developing and maintaining existing businesses and new business opportunities.
Dealing with sensitive and confidential information related to operational management to protect the interests of Emirates Post.
Commercial Plumbing Management Development
Create a marketing plan that identifies new customers on a global platform, after which develop the acquired portfolio of customers (through sales/marketing activities) to maximize EP performance so that the intended results are achieved.
Implement a departmental strategy for selling solutions made in the e-commerce industry.
Create awareness of Emirates Post products and services and showcase industry information to provide the most attractive solutions to customers.
Update customer details, pipeline opportunities, and sales function in CRM on time.
Retention
Create a marketing plan that incorporates new business acquisition plans (for new boarding clients), to improve the existing customer portfolio (through sales/marketing activities) to increase the EP’s share of the fund to achieve the required results.
Develop and implement strategic marketing strategies made in a given portfolio industry sector.
Continue to develop Emirates Post Products & Services information and Industry information to provide the best solutions to customers.
Update customer details, pipeline opportunities, and sales function in CRM promptly.
Customer Involvement
Review and analyze customer feedback, departmental feedback, processes, and procedures to improve financial results and customer experience.
Build strong relationships and ensure that the account works and grows to the highest level, reducing the level of attraction and reducing the competitive advantage of the business.
Establish and maintain extensive relationships with relevant directors or senior managers (decision makers and influencers) within clients.
Contact the digital / IT team to use APIs / integration with other digital solutions to process deployments.
Provide all supporting information related to customer contracts and be stored correctly on the customer website.
Commercial Use
Create an opportunity pipeline to achieve a minimum of 2-3 large customers per quarter that will contribute to sustainable growth.
Oversee and promote corrective actions that include raising standards to maintain the required levels of profitability.
Develop working relationships with various internal departments (trade, finance, operations, Customer Service, IT) to ensure customer care and requirements
Sales Reports
Provide general reports on progress and business forecasts to internal stakeholders to evaluate performance by identifying key performance indicators
Report Sales KPIs and see volatility, define triggers, apply recommended solutions and corrective actions.
Complete sales reports include sales activity, production, newly signed business.
Business Intelligence – Development
Gain information and competition awareness in overseas markets.
Analyze the UAE market styles and sales opportunities and incorporate them into the sales plan.
Develop and implement sales through a defined (or) location of sales channels, with the help of Business Development and Marketing.
Focus on growing and developing existing customers, as well as creating new business opportunities, through strategies
marketing, influence, and full discussion of the skll.
Continuous Development
Identify areas for improvement in the sales process, consider business changes, reduce costs and improve best practices.
Work closely with the sales consultant to ensure that after-sales customer issues are resolved promptly and quality service delivery reports are provided to them according to each schedule.
Other Activities
Perform any other responsibilities relating to this job application or assignment assigned to the Line Manager or other senior management.
Qualifications and information:
Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration.
Experience:
4-6 years of experience in an international trading company required sales and business development, with good knowledge of the business product portfolio and how to use the right products to directly affect the most important business and customer results.
