Job description
- Initiates programs through activities such as patient preparation, wound treatment and monitoring of critical symptoms.
- Monitors and preform medication management tasks and records.
- Responds appropriately to emergencies.
- Incorporate different customer needs, expectations, lifestyle and cultural background.
- Maintains and demonstrates clinical competence using evidence-based practice in all aspects of patient care including those with complex needs.
- Ensuring that in-unit care is carried out in accordance with the policies and procedures and procedures of companies and hospitals and international standards.
- Ensuring medical resources and continuing care during his or her career.
- Provides the remuneration and recruitment of other employees as appropriate.
- Successfully convey all necessary information to all stakeholders in a timely and constructive manner.
- Maintains and demonstrates clinical competence using proven practice based on all aspects of patient care including those with complex needs.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the line manager.
Qualifications and skills
- BSc or equivalent nursing
- Eligibility for DHA licenses
- A total of 2 years in an intensive care unit with a total of more than 100 beds
