1 . Mechanic Level 1 Non-Franchise – Bodyshop Non-Franchise

Provide vehicles according to manufacturer’s guidelines, identify any additional work required, replace tires and complete any minor mechanical repairs as needed. Ensure that work is completed to the highest standard, and within the time allowed to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Complete the vehicle usage checklist, and identify any additional work required, contact the Team Leader for additional customer approval.
Deliver Fast Track service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Complete any additional work required to the highest standard and at agreed timescales, to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Complete all pre-delivery test requirements as specified by the manufacturer.
Obtain any required work included in the warranty process, make sure all documents are complete, contact the warranty department.

Requirements:

Diploma in Motor Vehicles
Motor Training – Required
1 – 3 year experience at European Brand Bodyshop – Required
Understanding English
Basic computer information
Students to be found in the UAE area will be selected

2, Mechanic Level 1 – Audi WS Al Quoz

Provide vehicles according to manufacturer’s guidelines, identify any additional work required, complete pre-delivery inspection (PDI), tire replacement, and complete any standard equipment repairs as needed. Ensure that work is completed to the highest standard, and within the time allowed to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Complete the vehicle usage checklist, and identify any additional work required, contacting Foreman regarding additional customer approval.
Deliver Fast Track service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Complete any additional work required to the highest standard and at agreed timescales, to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Complete all pre-delivery test requirements as specified by the manufacturer.
Obtain any required work included in the warranty process, make sure all documents are complete, contact the warranty department.
Maintain workplace maintenance standards at all times including the use of specialized and personal tools.
Comply with the company’s operating procedures and procedures; ensure that all work is carried out with a view to safe working practices of others and others.
Go to regular staff meetings, and use them as a basis for communication of any ideas to improve processes or save costs.

Requirements:

3 years experience as a Professional
