1 . Painter Level 1 Non-Franchise – Bodyshop Non-Franchise
Complete all car paint work agreed by the insurers and manufacturer level, to identify any other work required. Ensure that work is completed to the highest standard and at agreed times to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Complete car paint work as agreed by the insurer, and direct the Director for additional customer/insurance approvals.
Complete any additional work required to the highest standard and at agreed timescales, to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Obtain any required work included with the warranty process, make sure all documents are complete and contact the warranty department.
Maintain workplace maintenance standards at all times including the use of specialized and personal tools.
Comply with the company’s operating procedures and procedures; ensure that all work is carried out with a view to safe working practices of others and others.
Go to regular staff meetings, and use them as a basis for communication of any ideas to improve processes or save costs.
Requirements:
Drawing Fitness
1 – 3 year experience at European Body store – Required
2 years specific product experience
Understanding English
Basic computer information
Students to be found in the UAE area will be selected
2. Painter Level 2 Non-Franchise – Bodyshop Non-Franchise
Identify and repair all types of paint job damage on the side of Al Nabooda vehicles based on key job details to ensure that each customer receives the best customer service. Ensure that work is completed to the highest standard and at agreed times to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Correction
Using a systematic approach, ensure a complete diagnosis of the necessary paint repairs and the complete work required.
Check the quality of the work to ensure that all painting work is completed to the manufacturer’s requirements, consult with equipment to identify possible machine errors, contact the Service Advisor for advice on additional work and completion times.
Work with another body shop – Franchise Partners and Service Advisors to provide the best clients and share best practices.
Identify complex paint repairs and finish, ensuring that the car is assembled and that the work is completed to the highest standard and at the times allowed.
Complete the relevant documentation (worksheets, insurance documents, Service Report) in accordance with warranty and seller requirements.
Performance
