1 .Denter Level 1 Non-Franchise – Bodyshop Non-Franchise
Complete all car body panel work agreed upon by the insurer and manufacturer level, to identify any other work required. Ensure that the work is completed to the highest standard and timescales are agreed upon to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Complete car bodywork as agreed by the insurer, and direct the Director for additional customer/insurance approvals.
Complete any additional work required to the highest standard and at agreed timescales, to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Identify any required work associated with the warranty process, ensure that all documents are complete, and contact the warranty department.
Maintain workplace maintenance standards at all times including the use of specialized and personal tools.
Comply with the company’s operating procedures and procedures; ensure that all work is carried out with a view to safe working practices of others and others.
Go to regular staff meetings, and use them as a basis for communication of any ideas to improve processes or save costs.
Requirements:
High School Taught – Required
Dental training
1 – 3 year experience
Understanding English
Basic computer information

I2 . Denter Level 2 Non Franchise – Bodyshop Non Franchise
Completing complex and professional dental work, the ability to work on all vehicles. Ensure that the work is completed to the highest standard and timescales were agreed upon to ensure customer satisfaction. Identifying and correcting all types of physical injuries in Al Nabooda Automobiles vehicles by specific task specifications to ensure that each customer receives the best customer service.
Responsibilities:
Complete car bodywork as agreed by the insurer, and direct the Director for additional customer / insurance approvals.
Complete any additional work required to the highest standard and at agreed timescales, to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the technicians to identify potential mechanical faults and contact the Service Advisor to advise on additional work and completion times.
Work with another body shop and partner Service Advisor to provide better customer service and share best practices.
Adjust and reassemble complex body repairs, ensuring that the work is completed to the highest standard and within the time allowed.
Complete the relevant documentation (worksheets, insurance documents, service reports) according to the requirements.
Identify any required work associated with the warranty process, ensure that all documents are complete, and contact the warranty department.
Maintain workplace maintenance standards at all times including the use of specialized and personal tools.
