Responsibilities
- Prepare to charge for cooking costs and menus prepared by the Executive Chef and raise the price.
- Posting menus and recipes in Inventory & POS programs
- Checking Daily Purchase Details
- Hotel inventory inspection and compliance procedures.
- Confirms the Daily Shopping Report on Acquisition and Disposal
- Assist the storekeeper whenever needed.
- Contact the Department of Food and Beverages for various cost-related activities and inform management if costs and expenses are high and do not match the revenue.
- Random calculations are calculated in the Beverage Stores, Inventory of stores by matching the opening stock with the closing stock, taking into account store and sales news.
- Be present on the night of the sales theme to make sure the consumption of the drink is properly recorded, and no abuse has taken place.
- Ensuring stock transfers from various departments and corrupt reviews.
- Calculate staff costs, A&G, and food and beverage costs.
- Examining Daily Reports (Daily Sales, Food & Beverage Costs, Daily Flash, Smart & Beverage Release… .. etc)
- Prepare Smart F&B Financial Analysis
- Verify Checklist Reply to Monthly Foundation
- Confirm the Smart Food, Beverage, and Tobacco Outlet Monthly Expense Report
- Prepare a Smart Restaurant Monthly Foundation
- Perform a monthly and quarterly physical Inventory
- Monthly MIS reports
