Responsibilities
Responding to customer calls professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
Managing and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales in customer service issues.
Research the required information using available resources.
Provide customers with organizational service and product information.
Identify, raise priorities and report to senior management.
Processes forms, orders, and requests requested by customers.
Moving incoming calls to the appropriate resources.
Completing call notes and call reports as required and updating CRM.
Tracking complex customer calls where needed.
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to deal with complaints and queries.
Manage administration, communication, and liaison with internal departments.
Recording details of comments, questions, complaints, and actions taken.
Qualifications, Experience, Skills
Bachelor’s degree with experience as Call Center Agent.
Demonstrates good communication skills and the ability to deliver excellent customer service with a strong customer focus.
Ability to work towards goals.
It shows an approachable and professional approach.
The ability to think and work and perform many tasks.
Ability to communicate effectively in Arabic and English both orally and in writing.
Demonstrates having IT writing including Word, Outlook, Excel
