Responsibilities
Record magazine entries daily after verifying the legitimacy of the transaction.
Low-cost recording and tracking. Invoices for accumulated expenses and income.
It analyzes, synchronizes, and tracks bank transactions and prepares daily bank reconciliations.
Records and tracking of Accounts Receivable transactions, collection, and verification of annual estimates.
Storage and Records Immovable assets in purchases, depreciation, and disposal.
Records and tracks paid transactions for Accounts and adjust payments (Cash, Checks, and transfers) and balance annual balances.
Assist with cost review, staff records etc.
Helps to prepare Balance sheet & Income Statement from time to time.
Qualifications, Experience, Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
1 to three 3 experience in Accounting.
A great experience at Microsoft’s office.
Written and oral communication skills are strong.
Information on ERP programs, including Microsoft Office.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
It is able to perform many tasks and prioritize work effectively.
