Responsibilities
Integrate office work and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Manage agendas / travel arrangements / appointments etc to senior management.
Monitor administrative staff and divide tasks to ensure performance.
Manage calls and letters (email, letters, packages, etc.).
Create and update user and financial records, financial and other information.
Submit reports in a timely manner and prepare presentations/suggestions as provided.
Track office supplies and local orders if necessary.
Qualifications, Experience, Skills
Bachelor degree holder.
Proven experience as an office manager.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and software management office (ERP etc.)
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Outstanding communication skills and interpersonal skills.
