Requirements for Dubai ports jobs 2021

• Bachelor degree
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Enterprise Risk Management and Operational Resilience Business Continuity Management / Crisis Management
• Proven experience in ERM and Operational Resilience in the logistics industry and in driving the ERM/Resilience Programme through influencing senior business leaders, facilitating decision making and working with cross-functional teams in a multi-cultural environment
• Good knowledge on ERM And BCM standards including ISO 31000, The COSO ERM, ISO 22301 and NCEMA 7000
• Project/program management skills – demonstrable track record successfully managing projects at technical and tactical levels, coordinating multi-discipline projects
• Excellent analytical skills and understanding of processes, risks, and controls
• Exceptional risks and issues management, change control
• Good facilitator and Communicator
• Excellent command of English (verbal/written)
• Highly developed interpersonal skills with ability to effectively communicate and influence decision-making with senior management
• Ability to work with a global team
• Proven BC testing scenario planning and execution experience
• Ability to identify trends and patterns and analyze these to further enhance resilience and reduce impact.
