Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in the related field
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of industry experience (international logistics, shipping, supply chain, transportation)
  • Advanced understanding in Ocean, Land & Air Freight
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
  • In-depth market knowledge (customers, competitors, suppliers, overall environment)
  • Ability to convert concepts and ideas into value-based customer-facing solutions
  • Ability to clearly and concisely present both written and/or oral information
  • Readiness to continuously focus on identifying and meeting the customers current and future needs
  • Ability to work with different cultures and to manage cross-functional interfaces
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Effective team player
  • Capable to build strong and long-term relationships within and across functions and geographical boundaries and based on ethics and trust
  • Ability to set robust plans and to initiate action to move projects forward
