About Delivery Van Driver Role

As our Delivery Van Driver, you will play a vital role in transporting fresh linen supplies directly to our customers in Queenstown and nearby areas. Your daily duties will include:

  • Efficient Deliveries: Transporting linen products to various client locations and ensuring prompt, courteous service.
  • Route Management: Regular trips to our Wanaka warehouse, ensuring all deliveries are completed on time.
  • Physical Handling: Safely lifting and carrying linen bags while maintaining excellent physical fitness.
  • Professional Representation: Upholding the company’s reputation with a neat appearance and a strong work ethic.

What We’re Looking For Van Driver

To excel in this position, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Clean Class 1 New Zealand Driver’s License: Must have a proven record with the ability to operate manual gearbox vehicles confidently.
  • Physical Fitness: Capable of handling regular lifting tasks and managing delivery equipment.
  • Customer Service Skills: A friendly, reliable attitude with a commitment to high-quality service.
  • Professional Demeanor: Well-presented, punctual, and ready to represent our brand positively.

Job Highlights

  • Employment Type: Full-Time, Casual Position
  • Hours: 38 hours per week on a rotating schedule (4 days on, 4 days off)
  • Salary: Competitive hourly rate of $30.50 – $34 per hour
  • Workplace: On-site role based in Queenstown, with frequent trips to Wanaka
  • Industry: Couriers, Drivers & Postal Services within Transport & Logistics
